Terms of Service

Vikramshila Softwares grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Kinetic Lotus on devices you control. You may not resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the game.

Kinetic Lotus is free to download and free to finish. There are no in-app purchases. The game is funded by ads: full-screen ads between levels, and optional rewarded ads you may choose to watch in exchange for a life or a perk. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice, and declining never blocks progress.

Lives, perks and stars have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted, reset or removed in an update. If a rewarded ad fails to deliver its reward because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

Levels, artwork, music and the Kinetic Lotus name remain our property. We may add, change or retire content in updates, including the daily puzzle rotation.

The game is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online features such as leaderboards, though the campaign itself remains playable offline.

The game is free, so to the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability to you is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, and none of it affects your statutory consumer rights.
