By downloading or playing Kinetic Lotus you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.
Your licence
Vikramshila Softwares grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Kinetic Lotus on devices you control. You may not resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the game.
Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. Refunds follow the store's policy — we will always support a reasonable request.
Content and updates
Levels, artwork, music and the Kinetic Lotus name remain our property. We may add, change or retire content in updates, including the daily puzzle rotation.
Availability
The game is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online features such as leaderboards, though the campaign itself remains playable offline.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game in the twelve months before a claim.
