What to expect
Email reaches a person at a small studio, not a ticket queue. We answer within a few days for most things, and within 30 days at the very outside for a data request — usually far sooner. If you have not heard back within a week, please send it again; it is far more likely that we missed the message than that we ignored it.
For account deletion specifically, the fastest route is the in-game flow rather than email. The delete account page covers both, including what happens if you have already uninstalled the game.
Who we are
Kinetic Lotus is made and published by Vikramshila Softwares, which is also the data controller for anything the game processes. What that means in practice — what is collected, by whom, and how to limit it — is set out in the privacy policy.
